The guarantee

If a pack isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason and you don't need to prove you've deleted anything.

How to claim

1. Email support@mhofufinds.co.uk from the address you used to order, or tell us that address.
2. Put “Refund” in the subject line. Your order number helps but isn't essential.

We process refunds within 2 working days of your email. The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is extra to your rights under UK consumer law. If a file is faulty or not as described, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
