What you're buying

All products are digital downloads: PDF and Excel files. Nothing is posted. Each pack page lists the files included. You'll need a device that opens PDF files and, for the spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay unless the checkout shows otherwise before you pay. Payment is taken by our checkout provider, Payhip, which sends your download link straight away.

Your right to cancel

For digital downloads, the law lets you cancel within 14 days unless you agree to start the download straight away and accept that you lose that right once it begins. Either way, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. See the refund policy.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides.

Using the files

Your purchase is for personal and household use. You can print as many copies as your household needs and share them with your family members and executor. Please don't resell or publish the files.

Not advice

The products are organisers and general guidance based on official UK sources. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Rules change and differ across the UK, so check the official pages linked in the guide, and speak to a solicitor about anything complex. We aren't responsible for decisions made using the products, but nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
